Remanufacturing Process…
 
bulletTrolleys are removed from chain
bulletChain is completely disassembled and cleaned
bulletChain is sorted into center links, side links and pins
bulletAll parts are inspected and gauged
bulletOnly parts with less than 10% are reused
bulletAll “out of spec” parts are scrapped
bulletChain is then assembled to customer specifications
bulletAssembled chain is “pre-stressed’ or proof load tested to insure integrity
